By registering and playing Nebula Online you hereby follow the rules that have been set in place for your and
the communities safety. The rules are to be followed in addition to the Terms of Service. Game Masters and Nebula
staff reserve the right to modify and enforce the rules as they see fit.
Basic Rules
1. Naming Rules
1a. Character or Guild names should not be offensive or inappropirate.
1b. Please choose a Name that is not difficult to read or type (e.g. barcode names or ____).
2. Monsters
2a. Intentionally manipulating or luring mobs to a certain location in order to get the mobs to attack other players is prohibited.
2b. Do not kite any World Bosses or any type of major boss with the intent of disturbing or giving someone disadvantages.
2c. You're not allowed to leech at any Raids, if you show up, be useful.
3. Spawn Points
3a. Player Versus Environment
- It is not allowed to claim exclusive right to an area (spot-claiming) or claim ownership of mobs or resources (mines / herbs / etc) that have not spawned on the map yet.
- As long as there is only one party at a spot, they are allowed to take every mob they find. In the case that another party arrives, you have to share the area.
3b. Player Versus Player
4. Behaviour
4a. Using the in-game chat to cause offense or nuisance is prohibited. This includes bad language, threats and unnecessary spamming.
4b. Advertising other servers or discuss any kind of cheat, hack or glitch is prohibited.
4c. We as a team reserve the right to remove messages and possibly kick or ban users from discord or game if the following violations occur:
- Publishing inaccurate private communications.
- Foreign advertising
- Spam
- Bullying that crosses the line
- Spreading bad rumors
- Leaking private information
5. Bug Abuse
5a. Bugs are errors or faults in the game that produce an incorrect or unexpected result, or causes it to behave in unintended ways. Abusing or intentionally triggering bugs for personal gain is prohibited.
5b. Players are encouraged to report bugs on the discord or to the owners.
5c. Editing/deleting files is prohibited. Except the animations we tell you. (You will be punished without a warning, if you get caught using modified files.)
5d. Macro/Bot usage is prohibited.
6. Account Security
6a. Asking other players for their account details (usernames and/or passwords) is prohibited. The Nebula staff will never ask you for your account password. It is not recommended to allow other players to use or have access to your account.
6b. Using the same account information as on other servers is not recommended.
6c. If you contact us about hacks, lost items, deleted chars or guilds. We will check first if you shared your account. If you did, we will not help you with this any further.
7. Staff Members
7a. Causing interference or nuisance, and preventing Staff Members from carrying out their duties is prohibited. This includes repeatedly sending friend/party/trade requests, and giving false/misleading information to Staff Members. The decisions and actions of the Nebula Online Team are to be followed. Staff Members will not accept friend/party/trade requests, or give in-game currency or items to players (unless, it is for in-game events).
7c. Falsely claiming to be, or have influence over a staff member is prohibited.
8. Ways of punishment
As a staff team, we are free to choose which of the listed actions take effect
In general, the following actions will be taken for each rule infraction in no specific order:
- Official warning
- Restricted Area
- Timed Ban
- Permanent Ban
9. Donations
Donating is an OPTIONAL activity. We provide a free service and no one is required or forced to.
However, users can decide to give their support by donating to keep the server up and running.
To show our appreciation we reward donators with Coins in return for their support.
9a. You agree, that coins/items are voluntary transfers of virtual assets from private individuals.
9b. You agree, that by making a donation you are not buying any product or service.
9c. You agree, that all transactions made are final and will not be refunded in any way.
9d. You agree, that virtual assets such as player items will not be restored if lost or stolen.
9e. You agree, that donations cannot be refunded, if the server gets taken down or has to shut down their services.
